I am not sure what happened to Firefox, but something changed. As stated in the title, I can no longer see my email messages. However, I can see how many new messages there are in each folder. This applies to my sonic.net account. I have no idea if my gmail account is effected, because I have not been able to log onto it since this problem began. The browser appears to be using the wrong password to log in. (although it has not been changed recently) Another issue I noticed is that on most pages, my address bar is now blank. For example, it is currently displaying the following 2 symbols and nothing else. Round symbol: for site information Lock symbol: "verified by Amazon"

Including passwords? BTW: Thanks for the help!

Yes, everything. It will be in your Profile if back it up. You can also use Firefox Screenshots to take a pic of them then just need to refer to that.

Hi, please try a Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh but do this 1st:

If I have to uninstall, I am not sure if I want to go through downloading again and then reinstalling a bunch of updates. I have a slow connection and big downloads are a pain.

HI, There is nothing to download. I Refresh uses a file to turn Firefox back to Default like it was the day you downloaded it. You will have redo any Customization and add back any Extensions.

Do backup or will loose your data.

Im back. Some of my settings were not restored and I cant seem to find the location to change them.

One is for pages to open in a new tab. The other is for the menu bar (top-left)

I also noticed that when I open a PDF with Fire Fox the zoom feature is missing.
