If you used MoreFunctionsForAddressBook to import the vCards, make sure you have the latest version, 1.01b1, as earlier versions broke autocompletion.

The reason for this is usually that the imported addresses ended up in another box besides the Email one. Open a contact in the Personal Address Book and check the Email field.

How and from where did you import your contacts?

Of course, you must have autocompletion enabled under Tools/Options/Composition/Addressing.

Thank you for your answer! I used an add-on for Thunderbird to import vcard from local windows Contact folder to Thunderbird I can see all my Contacts but no auto complete!

Yes I have enabled autocompletion under Tools/options/Composition/addressing

I can't check right now if the Contacts are placed outside the email box!

I will check later!  :-)
