Is it possible to use the same addons like adblocker and such with my Firefox app on my iPad like I can on my Mac? If so, can someone please tell me how to access them? I've searched the web to no end and there are no specific instructions on how to do so. Even in the YouTube videos it shows that it is possible but not HOW to do it. Can someone please give specific instructions on how to access the addons on iPad? Thanks.

It's a bit technical. Apple doesn't allow browsers on iOS to use a different rendering engine than the one used in Safari. That means that the folks who create add-ons have to create a new version for iOS. If there's one for Safari, it might work on Firefox for iOS. Installing them is still done using the app store, outside of Mozilla Firefox.

Will you be able to take your add-ons from the desktop version to iOS in the future? They're hoping to find a way.

As for Adblock Plus, there are a number of content blockers for iOS, but they are all limited to Safari.
