I have 4 e-mail accounts. For each of these accounts the folders and sub folders are in a complete shambles and I would like to get them into some logical order. Perhaps -

Inbox Sent Mail Draft Mail Spam Bin (or Trash)

While a folder or two at the end of this list would be useful, most would not be required by me and were not created by me. This mess seemed to happen when Windows 10 was being installed.

One of the Accounts has just Inbox, Sent and Spam and 7 folders, some of which just hold duplicate e-mails, while one sub folder is called All Mail, and contains just that.

I would like to know how to remove unwanted (sometimes unused) folders and get the everyday categories into a logical order.

If you can help it would be appreciated.
