From Firefox v10. Page Setup, Print Preview and Print don't seem to work with XP PRO SP2 x64, but work normally with Win7 x64.

Page Setup merely changes the topmost title line and freezes the screen except for the ability to close the page and return to the page from which Page Setup was invoked. Print Preview presents a monochrome grey page with the normal menu features that are normally responsive except for the Page Setup function. Print prints a blank page always. Noticed the problems with Firefox versions 10 and 11 and 12 beta, with XP Pro SP2 x64. Firefox version 11 does not have these problems with Windows 7 ult x64.

Thank you, Vivek.Wilfred, for suggesting solutions.

Go here to the article entitled “Firefox prints incorrectly”:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Firefox%20prints%20incorrectly?s=printing&r=0&e=sph&as=s

Follow directions in the section entitled “Reset all Firefox printer settings”. The directions say to remove all lines of the file prefs.js that start with “print.” I was successful by removing all lines that included the string “print”.
