If I try to stream from a website,it plays then shuts down but works okay with internet explorer?
The website will start streaming and usually shuts down within a few minutes, yet if I use Internet Explorer it does NOT shut down. Any particular reason? the website is sxmradio.com/oasis.html.

Which plugin is used to play that mp3 stream?
Is that the QuickTime plugin?
In that case you can try to check the steam setting in the QuickTime Preferences.
