I don't know about FlashBlock and NoScript, but in Adblock Plus, you can go to Tools > Adblock Plus Preferences. A window will open with your Adblock Plus filters, which checkboxes along the side for disabling/enabling them.
Go to "Tools">"add-ons" and find the ones you want to modify
