Firefox would not finishing loading so I (stupidly) clicked "refresh firefox" not realizing it would loose add-ons, extensions, etc. It created an Old Firefox Data folder if that can somehow get it back to as it was instead of having to figure what add-ons I had & reinstall everything, etc. My Bookmarks still appear but I need the add-ons back!

If you don't need the data saved by your add-ons, you can grab the extensions.json file from your old profile folder (inside Old Firefox Data) and drop it into an open Firefox tab to list out its contents. Some of the items are just the built-in search engines, but the others should be what you're looking for.

I have a tool to make a slightly nicer list and look up the links for the add-ons installed from the Add-ons site. You would drag and drop the extensions.json file onto the large box on the page:

https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/extensionsjson.html

Then click the Generate Table button.
