69.0.1 64 bit option to accept certificate is missing. Went to site having a site name issue on cert. No option to accept it anyway.

hello joea-too, the webserver in question explicitly specified that certificate errors shouldn't be overridable (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_Strict_Transport_Security) - which of course isn't ideal if their cert is failing. you might want to report the problem to the webmaster of the site in question.
