Hello, what is going on with the administrator ?
I attempt to use ad ons and I get a message that the device administrator won't allow me to install add ons. I just recently had Firefox customized with my ad ons with no resistance. Could I please get a update on this issue. I recently did a factory reset on my device and am just now getting back to reinstall the app. Thanks and I await your response. Dennis Collins aka bitdude

Hi, exact details may vary depending on your particular device, but since you did a factory reset, you might need to recheck your settings. On your device, go to Settings > Security > Unknown sources, and make sure that 'Allow installation of apps from unknown sources' is selected.
