Why does Firefox close my Norton Identity Vault when it opens?
I just started using FireFox because Chrome is useless and IE is not being supported for some applications. When IE starts up, the vault is shown as open if it is open or closed if not. When I open Firefox, the Norton tool bar always shows the vault closed even if it should be open and must be opened again.

HI, you are the 1st to say there is a issue with Norton Identity Safe. You have the same release as was released 4 days ago. That maybe the issue is it is so new. It maybe jumped the gun on the release.
As a ex-Norton Beta Tester I would suggest you open a account here : https://community.norton.com/forums/norton-toolbar-norton-identity-safe See if they can give you a idea of what is going on. As well you maybe the only one as I mentioned. So they will be interested to know what is going on with you I am sure.
Mozilla only ok's Extensions for use with Firefox and provides a website for the Developers distribution. So Norton does their support for their product. I would not even know where to begin since that is the only issue you seem to have.
So ya, please open a account in Norton Forum above and Post having issues with Firefox, explain and then wait for a email or a you will have to refresh the browser every once in awhile to see if someone replies. Note it could be fast or could be slower as it is the weekend.
Please keep us posted as to what they have to say. Thanks.
