I keep asking for help in getting my email app back and no one answers me. I have done everything on the support pages and for some reason it won't let me get

my email access back. I have been using Thunderbird since it came out without problems and somehow I must have done something so I no longer have mail abilities. Don't you have remote capabilities??

Thunderbird is free software running on your computer. Support is provided by Thunderbird users that volunteer their time to help. No one is going to remote into your computer. Matt is trying to help you in your original thread yet you refuse to respond to him and keep starting new threads. You are the one not responding to someone trying to help.
