Can you schedule thunderbird email downloads? I have data limits with my ISP provider and would like to schedule downloads during off-hours.

short answer nope.
Long answer is you might be able to do it with windows task scheduler and command line switches to launch Thunderbird "online"
But seriously, how much data will it put aside for peak time? 100Kb per email perhaps average? Looking in my inbox I don't see messages over that very often.
