Trying to install Office 365 home on my pc. Need to use icloud to sync & store outlook on icloud BUT Firefox is blocking the data transfer. Spoken with Apple they are unaware of this problem & have never seen it before. Asked me to contact Mozilla. Also get "icloud bookmarks extension for Firefox" is required. I see others have the same problem .

Can I talk with a Mozilla support person please to help resolve this......

Hi Charlie2828, Mozilla doesn't have any phone support service.

Can you use a different browser such as Internet Explorer 11 to set up iCloud for Windows? I believe it's a stand-alone program that connects directly through Windows and doesn't require Firefox.

There was an iCloud Bookmarks extension for Firefox but it caused crashes and therefore is blocked per this page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../i1214. I don't know if there is a substitute for that one yet.
