I tried to install Fire Fox on my phone and it says it's not compatible. It also says it's a Virgin Mobile. It's not. It's a Samsung Galaxy S 4. Why is this happening?

Hi, could you try visiting play.google.com on your PC and logging in with google account you use on your S4. Then go to settings and remove your device. Next, open play store on your phone and try downloading Firefox again. Please let me know, if this helped.
