How do I center Personas?
Almost every Persona I've found would look better if it were more centered; the main picture is in the center, but it usually sets the top of the picture to be the top of the browser. The only way that I can see the picture is if I hide the menu bar in customization and then show it by pressing alt. I uploaded a picture to show what I mean. Is there a way to tell the Persona the top is closer to the middle of the picture than the top of the browser?

Did you even read my question? There's nothing wrong FireFox or my plugins.
A lightweight theme (Persona) is always aligned at the top right corner and I assume that developers keep that in mind when they create the images. I don't think that it is possible to change this alignment.
You have an extension (probably Classic Theme Restorer) that places the tab on bottom and that might cause the problem in your case because this extension can move up the menu bar to the title bar by adding a negative margin.
You can try to ask advice at the forum thread at the mozillaZine forum site.
I'm not using Classic Theme Restorer; I'm using Pale Moon, which as is built to look like old versions of FireFox, so I wouldn't think there's a negative margin or anything.
If you have a problem with an unofficial third-party build like Palemoon then you have to contact them for support. A lightweight theme (Persona) will always be aligned at the top right corner and I don't think that you can change that.
To see more of the Persona you can set a min-height to the navigator-toolbox with code in the userChrome.css file or by using the Stylish extension.
Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line.
@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */ #navigator-toolbox { min-height:200px!important; box-shadow: ThreeDShadow 0 -1px inset; }
The customization files userChrome.css (user interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the Firefox profile folder.
