Is there a button to add to the toolbar to turn WebGL off/on easily?

I don't like that the new google maps forces their slow google earth view. I can disable WebGL and it reverts back to a halfway useful version of google maps, but then if I visit any site that I DO want WebGL to work on, I have to go into about:config and re-enable it. I can't seem to find an add-on to add a button my toolbar to toggle that setting. Does something like this exist? I have one that lets me toggle javascript off/on. Or a nicer solution would be a way to blacklist sites that don't get to use WebGL, like maps.google.com for instance.

You can consider to create a button in the PrefBar extension to toggle the involved pref. Note that you can use PrefBar as a separate toolbar or position the PrefBar toolbar items on another toolbar or use a PrefBar menu button with a drop-down list. There are also other extensions that can create buttons.
