My menu bar does not include a arrow to fo back or options to choose File, edit, View, History, Bookmaks, Tools, Help ., there is just nothing there to help navigate. Menu bar woulod help firefox to be more user friendly

My menu bar does not include options to choose for example, File, edit, View, History, Bookmaks, Tools, Help or even an arrow to go back to the previous page. Would be more user friendly for Firefox to include menu bars. How do I download a menu bar so I can navigate more easily, especially the bookmaks and tools and help menu bar!
