I think the keyboard shortcuts don't work on Windows (10 Pro). I was looking for a shortcut to mark an email as read/unread. Initially I select the email in question. According to the documentation it should be Ctrl+M but this has no effect. According to the context-sensitive dropdown list it should be Ctrl+k, Ctrl+R to mark as READ and Ctrl-k, Ctrl-U to mark as UNREAD. Either the documentation or the underlined context-sensitive letters are incorrect. However neither work. Have I overlooked something important? Firefox and Thunderbird are latest versions.
