I think that you have to update Firefox. This crash is connected with versions 60-62 branch and there's no occurence of it above 62.

This looks like a problem with the disk cache (cache2), so maybe try to delete the Cache2 folder in the secondary location in AppData\Local.

  • C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\

If that doesn't work then try a new profile.

You can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
