Just updated Norton. FF I can't find the version but updated about a month or so ago. Why does Firefox disable my Norton that was just updated? This is annoying and taking up my precious time that I can spend on more productive stuff.

The desktop Firefox web browser on Windows does not touch any separate antivirus clients a Windows user may have installed including Norton products.

The message is simply stating the version of the Norton Identity Safe extension you currently have installed in Firefox is not compatible with the Firefox version you have.
