Your System Details shows;

Installed Plug-ins

Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 11.0.06 Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 10.1.13

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.

Remove both. Then install the latest program.

Thanks Fred.

I did that, and I'm still getting the error. I actually uninstalled both of them and I think I had 2 flash players too. I reinstalled flash, 16.0.0.87, but I haven't reinstalled the PDF/Acrobat readers yet.

Any other clues?

Thanks again.
