What happened to the "Open a New Tab" icon at end of tabs when upgrading to Firefox 5?

After upgrading to Firefox Ver 5 from V4, I noticed the "Open New Tab" plus tab was missing at the end of tabs. What's funny is that on three other PCs (all Windows XP and upgraded from FF 4), the plus tab is not missing from them.

Any suggestions? After playing around, I was able to go to Customize Toolbar and add the Open New Tab plus icon on the tabs toolbar but to the far left. Just weird how 3 PCs would be different from the 4th.

Strange things sometimes do happen during upgrades...

Is the icon where you want it now or do you need assistance moving it?

This will work but I would prefer it to be at the right side of the opened tabs as before. I've tried moving it but to no avail.

If drag and drop doesn't work, you may have to reset the toolbars and start customizing again. In the button palette, there is a button labeled "Restore default set" that might help.

"Restore default set" solved the issue. Thank you!!!!
