Maybe you're in the FullScreen mode? Try hitting F11.

Thanks, and this will let me see the top information. However, before I could see this in the full screen mode.

Doesn't the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear if you hover the mouse to the top?

If you want to see the bars permanently then write click free space on a toolbar and remove the check-mark [] "Hide Toolbars"
