I downloaded the free version of mailsdaddy and converted my old outlook emails from pst to mbox. My problem is that no matter which variation of import I use through the Thunderbird Tools/Import menu, I get a message that the import failed and more info may be available in the Error Console (wherever that is). Can you tell what I'm doing wrong. Thank you!

Help/Troubleshooting Info, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, copy the mbox into Mail/Local Folders, restart TB, find a folder with the mbox name under Local Folders in the Folder Pane.

Thank you but after I open Troubleshoot/Info and select Open Folder I get a message that says Location is Not Available. And the file that pops up is also Not Available. It is ****/***/AppData/Roaming/TB/Profiles/1n2povtu/default-esr

Also I don't see a Mail/Local Folders folder. I'm stuck!

Did you install TB from the MS Store? Its profile is located in a different place from that of the standard version.
