I'm trying to import my email folders from Windows Mail to Thunderbird. However, the download link provided doesn't appear to be working.

I used Laplink PC Mover Professional to move my files and apps from the old laptop (Vista) to a new laptop (Windows 10). The emails and folders are on my new laptop in a WMExport file but I'm having a problem getting them loaded into Thunderbird. Thanks for the help.

I'd suggest contacting Laplink support directly, they have many options for their customers: http://web.laplink.com/contact/

Fabian,

Thanks for your reply. The process I'm trying to follow is actually on the mSupport website (under "Importing Windows Mail Messages"). The third-party add-on ImportExport Tools download link to transfer messages from Windows Live Mail to Thunderbird is not working.
