Hello! I am using Firefox and watching a lot of images. Almost always I use the function "View image". What I want to know or what you can recommend for me? Problem, or people can say "disadvantage", is - I have to do a lot of actions. What I am using now (as far as I know): 1. Click on the image. 2. Choose "View image". 3. I am watching picture in full resolution, in adress bar I see the direct link and, if I want to do this, can copy this link. What I want to do: 1. Aim at the image. 2. Press the "hotkey?". 3. Browser open this image in new tab with direct link.

Can you help me with this problem or recommend the useful app?

What I do is:

If I want to open the displayed image in a new tab: right-click > hold down the Ctrl key while clicking View Image

If I want to open a linked image in a new tab: hold down the Ctrl key while clicking the link/thumbnail image (or middle-click using the mouse wheel)

There might be an add-on to simplify it, but I'm not sure what it would be called. You can search here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/extensions/. Please read the reviews before installing any extension to make sure it does not cause problems for other users.

You can middle-click the View Image item in the right-click context menu to view the image in a new tab. That is what I usually do to prevent opening the image in the current tab.
