My name is Nick. So my exact problem is this: Whenever I watch YouTube videos on the m.Youtube.com website in browser and press the power button to lock my screen, the video continues to play (I assume I'm saying that correctly) the audio continues to play. This problem has only recently occurred as previously, when I hit the power button, it would lock the screen, and stop/pause the video. A little extra information: I'm using the latest versions of Firefox for Android, and my Android software is up to date. The phone is an HTC One M8 Harman Kardon edition with Sprint. I've searched Google for answers, only to find information on how to get apps that allow playback in the background, which is counterproductive for what I am trying to do. Could someone please help me with this frustrating issue? It's easier for me to watch the videos in the browser because I can actually open multiple tabs of videos I would like to check out, the YouTube app doesn't allow me to do that!! Any help will be most gratefully appreciated!

In the Android settings there is a menu called the settings > "Display" > Screen Timeout. There you can adjust it to the length of the movie or desired time.
