PC under Windows XP (SP4), for past 2 years using a Cisco IP phone, with their software Cisco Unified Personal Communicator (3 upgrades of versions 8.X) it had a useful feature to auto-dial selected phone numbers in MS Office programs, and Web browsers, including MS IE8, and Firefox versions 10 through 16.x. Now running Firefox 17.0.1 (latest as of this date) I lost this phone number autodial feature since upgrading Firefox. The autodialing still functions in IE8 browser (yech) and MS Office apps. Can this be fixed or is there some plug-in or add-on I need to reenable this indispensable utility feature?? TIA.
