What do I do to get ideas "approved" at Mozilla Connect so they get out of the "Awaiting Moderation" queue?
Ref: The article thread started at: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1481513]
Issue: The issue raised in this article thread was answered with the suggestion to re-ask over at Mozilla Connect, which I did.
When I looked at my account in greater detail, it appears that every single article submitted there is still "awaiting moderation" - most of which have been awaiting moderation for years.
I wanted to send a private message to the moderators over there, but there appears to be no username "moderator" or "moderators" and I don't know the name of any specific individuals to message.
I hesitate to post this question there as yet another "idea" because it will likely sit in the moderation queue unanswered.
Question: What can I do to ask the administrators/moderators for that set of forums for assistance in getting articles out of the moderation queue?
Thanks again for all your help!

Hi
There are currently a few staff away from keyboard for the festive season. I would expect your post to appear on Connect next week when staff return.

The Articles are for example https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox in the Knowledge Base here.
An example knowledge Base article https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-install-firefox-windows as it will have kb in the link. There is a discussion section for each KB article as the link for this example KB article is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-install-firefox-windows/discuss/ where you can post a thread to discuss the article itself as it is not for support.
The threads like this very one https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1481524 are threads on the community support forum and are not articles. Note the Community Forums on top.
Your past threads at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/jharris1993/ are not in a moderation queue but rather were auto archived after six months, hence the This thread was archived in blue message box above the threads. Once a old thread is archived it cannot be unlocked.
Moderators do have a moderation queue of sorts for when threads and replies are reported or when replies get auto-flagged as spam (hidden) due to not having whitelisted links as an effort to minimize spam being seen by public and search bots.
Also to add the threads here in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ are not ever in a moderation queue.

To be clear, the https://support.mozilla.org/ and https://connect.mozilla.org/ are two completely separate sites.
The https://connect.mozilla.org/ site may have new threads be in a queue for spam and other reasons as they also need to meet the guidelines posted at https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/community-guidelines/td-p/4
The community support forums part of support.mozilla.org site does have their own set of guidelines, though it doe not have a moderation queue as threads are posted in public when you submit them. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-support-rules-guidelines
