Moving Gmail to different storage folders

I am new to Thunderbird and I store my Gmail’s in different storage folders which show up in my Thunderbird menu. How do I move individual emails to different designated storage folders. I do not want to use dragon drop because I might want to do a number of them so how do I simply move an individual email into a storage folder

If I understand correctly, highlight the message(s), rightclick, and select the 'move to...' menu option.

No you do not understand correctly and please try before you advise. That’s exactly what I thought would happen and I tried that before I posted the question. The move to option does not provide any option to move it to any storage Directories. The options to move have absolutely nothing to do with saving it in a different place in the Email folder

Maybe it will help if you clarify what you mean by 'storage folders' and 'storage directorles.' I inferred that you meant the message folders within Thunderbird. And the 'move to' works well with that. And, yes, I do try before I advise. Insults are not needed here.

That is shown in the attached screenshot that accompanied the post on my question. You can see right there and they are circled.

I read your question and thought exactly as David, so perhaps you try and do a better job of describing what you are talking about.

Except you apparently did not include it. There are no images in any of your support posts in this topic. So you are asking folk based on incomplete information. You did include an image in this topic https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1453324

But the circled information really does not look to be germane to this topic.

You also included one in this topic. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1453319

Again it does not look germane.

Please. The images are attached right here (I am looking at both of them right here) and I think they are well explained. If you can not understand the issue with the pictures and query as stated then further discussion would not be helpful. Please leave this question for others to answer.

Please click this link. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1453295

Then post a screen shot of the topic showing the images, because they are not visible to me, or I would assume David.

I am happy to take a bug to the folk that run the site, but so far all i can see is you failed to post them.

This is what I am seeing

That in nonsense! I can see my attachments right here. They uploaded just fine. Please do not troll me with this. Leave the issue for others. Enough!

As you refuse to accept we can not see the images, or repost them, nothing further can be achieved here.
