Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.,) and then perform these steps:

In Firefox 54 and below:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and select Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac, Linux).
  2. Select the Advanced panel and the General tab.
  3. Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
  4. Close Firefox completely and then restart Firefox to see if the problem persists.

In Firefox 55 and above:

Are there error messages in the Web Console that provide more information?

If there is no specific error such as

  • you need to change the password in some way
  • you need to enable cookies
  • you need to enable local storage
  • a script is blocked

then it might not be possible to figure out why this is not working for you.

Can you create the account successfully using a different browser?

Not in English, but I had no problem.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I tried at both desktop and mobile phone and desktop using firefox safe mode. I still encounter the same problem.

Not sure if you connected your phone over WiFi using your home network (did you?) but if so, could you try clearing your modem and/or router cache?

And you’re not using KeePass, are you?

You can try to enable third-party cookies temporarily to see if that has effect. If that does work then you need to find out what domain(s) are involved and create an allow exception for these domains. Then you do not need to allow third-party cookies globally.
