My email is suddenly in Polish instead of English

One morning I opened my email and all the background info is in Polish or some similar language. Please help!

Do you think it might have updated? That seems to me the most likely way a foreign language version might have come on board.

Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all/ and download and install the correct version.
