A few weeks ago I was receiving emails from a specific person. Her email address is in my address book. She keeps sending me emails but I never receive them. They are not in the junk folder and I did not create any filters. Don't know why this is happening. I do not have any problems receiving any other person's emails.

Hi   Sharon   !

Would you take a look at the section   'Are you receiving some emails but not others'   in this article:    http://mzl.la/1ApHiDw

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

Thank you Happy112 but I read that article and none of those suggestions applied or worked.

The Ed-Meister please move this thread to the Thunderbird Support Queue. Thank you.

Are you sure that the problem isn't at her end? I have a simple second email address to use if problems develop at either end.
