I was able to change the search location to South Africa only in previous versions. Is there an option that I am missing or is this not available anymore? It was under 'Search tools' before. Thanks in advance for this Bruno

Go to this site: http://ready.to/search/en/

In a new tab, go to your country specific search page. In this example I'll use Google UK ( http://www.google.co.uk ), but substitute whatever you need.

In the search field type in: abcd And perform a search.

Now take a note of the search URL. in my case the URL is https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#safe=off&q=acbd

copy/paste everything before (but not including) "abcd" into the box marked the front of search term: Url-template(prefix) Which in my case would be: https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#safe=off&q= If anything appears after "abcd" (it doesn't in my example) paste that into the box marked the back of search term: Url-template(suffix) Otherwise leave the box blank. In the box marked the search name: ShortName Type in whatever you want to call the search provider, in my case this is "Google UK" but put whatever you like.

Now click the "Make The Plugin" button, The button should change to "Change The Plugin" Don't click this, underneath there should be a link called OpenSearch plug-in <whatever you called it> click that. Firefox will ask you to confirm adding the search plugin. Check to make it the default plugin and click "Add".

That should do it.
