I have two accounts setup in Thunderbird. From what I can tell they are both setup identically.

I would them both to start replies above the quote and use html format.

The first account that is listed does this with no problems.

The second account starts the reply below the quote and is in plain text.

This all worked correctly before I installed the latest version of Thunderbird.

While your in the dialog you might also want to click the compose in HTML option of the page in the article.

It is already checked off. I think it is a bug in the new release.

Re "Compose using HTML" option: I think Matt was suggesting you set it to "on", You said it's "off".

Sorry for the confusion. It is checked to compose in HTML. It has been the entire time.
