I need to delete the latest update. I don't know which one it is but it has screwed everything on Firefox up and I want it gone
My dad updated a bunch of stuff on my computer including firefox and ever since then everything is terrible. I've lost all my bookmarks and history. None of my passwords are saved anymore. I need help. This is ridiculous, Firefox. Fix your crap before you make us put up with it.

Make sure that you still use your previous Firefox profile folder and that there hasn't been created a new profile because of problems with the profiles.ini file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically.
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.
If this "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you and you will have to sign in once again.
To see all History and Cookie settings, choose:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
Can you tell me how to go back to the version of Firefox I had before. I'm sorry, I can't tell you which one it was, I never paid attention. I've literally been crying in frustration for hours and I'm not good with computer lingo and my dad is out of town for several days. Is there any way to go back to the other version?
Downgrading your Firefox isn't going to fix this. You need to be on the latest version anyway. Have you tried the links cor-el gave you above?
