How I can have saved password protect in security tab option without password manager?

I have a desktop firefox installed in my PC. I need remember password but users can't access saved password without master pc. How I can do it?

This means I need a permission manager that I can give permission for show saved password or no.

You can use an add-on like LastPass to use this feature. Please see this.
