How do I change back to the old Firefox look with the URL bar at the top and tabs below?

Here's some information that might help you customize your toolbars back to the way you like them.

Also:

Please try unchecking Tabs on Top in View (Alt + T) > Toolbars. Alternatively, right-click on the + after the last tab.
