Hi. I keep getting this message when I try to load Firefox: Unable to connect. Can you help? Thanks.

Here is the message I keep getting:

         Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.google.com.
       



 The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
