My Firefox 2 (used with Mac OSX 10.2.1) has suddenly disappeared altogether. Can I get a replacement?

Thank you, but I'm still in trouble. Firefox 2.0 won't open for me.

It appeared to download it successfully, but trying to open it causes my computer to freeze.

Am I doing something wrong, perhaps?
