How do I turn off password requirement to run Firefox as a different user?
When I right-click on Firefox while holding shift to run it as a different user, I want to turn off the need to log in, just open it without password, but how?

Addressing the last question first:
When you create a new profile, Firefox changes your default profile to the new profile. That's normal. You can use the about:profiles page to change the default profile (there should be a "Set as default profile" button).
Firefox uses the default profile as the one to open external links that you might click in, say, Outlook 365 or Adobe Acrobat.
If your question is about Windows users and Windows security, this isn't the best forum to resolve that.
However, to clarify how to more easily run two instances of Firefox -- each with a different Firefox profile -- under the same Windows user:
If you want to start Firefox in a profile that is NOT your default profile, you can either:
(A) Create a new shortcut manually
Right-click on the Windows desktop, New > Shortcut
For the location, enter the path to the firefox.exe program file and add -P. You can check the existing shortcut for this information, but generally speaking:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P
That will call up the external Profile Manager dialog when you use it and you can choose which one to use.
If you want it to start Firefox in a specific profile, add a space and then the name you used to create the profile. For example:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -P "workstuff"
(B) Add -P to you regular shortcut
Right-click your shortcut (if it is pinned to the Taskbar, you need to right-click again on the Firefox item near the bottom), then click Properties.
Windows should show the Shortcut tab automatically but, if it doesn't, click the Shortcut tab.
On the Target line, add a space after the last " and then add -P and save your change.

I'm not logged into Sync, in Firefox, or in Windows. I do see now that it's a Windows Security screen that pops up requiring log in to use Firefox as a 2nd user. In Firefox, I've gone into SETTINGS, PRIVACY AND SECURITY, and turned on "Allow Windows single sign-on for Microsoft, work, and school accounts", on both of my Firefox profiles, but it doesn't seem to help. I've also now just posted this, is possibly related?...

Just log off Firefox and make a second Profile on Windows OS to use another Firefox.

But it does stop me from using Firefox as a 2nd user, am having to open it thru the 1st user, about:profiles. We need to figure out how to get Windows to stop depriving us access to our own computers. EDIT - What is it that you want me to do? I have to close the 1st user to then create the 2nd user? How's that done? I thought the 2nd user was created in about:profiles, within the 1st user? EDIT AGAIN, Wait, WHAT? You want me to create an another Windows user? Noooooo. That is not at all an acceptable solution to this.

So you can't just create another Windows profile and use that setup to run Firefox without a user login?
Now, for no apparent reason, the 1st profile isn't opening with the Firefox icon, it's opening the 2nd profile now, and I'm having to open the 1st profile thru the 2nd profile, about:profiles. What could have caused this, and how to I get it back to how it was?
