My extensions are not showing up in the firefox browser, on menu bar, tool bar, or bookmarks bar. I am elderly and NOT computer literate. What to do? Using Windows 10.

If I recall there should be a upper right corner either a "puzzle piece" and click and then pin the extension to tool bar. Is that not present on the toolbar to see?
