How to include the message of the sender in the reply back to them? Thunderbird truncates outgoing reply message. It only includes part of the senders message to me. I see no place to include the full text in Options> Composition or other places.

Thanks. It was already set to: Automatically quote the original message when replying It is now working for Reply and Reply All. I must have selected part of the message before. I tested and it will not always only show what I did highlight.

If I run the mouse say left to right to highlight 2 words or more then it will show just that text highlighted but not if I highlight just one word.

The setting is 'Automatically quote the original...' in the Composition & Addressing section of Tools/Account Settings, for each account. It should work as described, as long as you haven't selected part of the message before replying, as TB quotes the selection only by default.
