I want to reset firefox to where its like me just getting the browser. I don't want anything saved, not favorites, no nothing, I want it empty.

How do I reset Firefox to where it looks like I just got the browser. I don't want any favorites, or bookmarks, or saved anything. I want to see if that helps a problem I have. I want to delete Firefox and get it again, like taking a test and then asking for a fresh sheet of paper new. I tried deleting the browser and uninstall it but that didn't work because I still have all my saved stuff, favorites, etc. I don't want that.

Well, I don’t know about that... but I know I won’t forget about it. But right now I have something else on my mind that really messed me up so I’m just going to say thanks again for your help and I hope you have a nice day.

In an email I just received a very long standard letter from Roblox, that didn't even come close to answering my email.

So I sent them another email and (very politely) "let them have it " ....

Asked them to please read my email and reply to its content.

Well that video is similar, to what was going on with me but did make me laugh. Expect for new users they get more than people who already have an account. I do however, really appreciate what you are doing when you really didn’t have to go this far, I would hug you but that... anyway thank you so much. I would show you what it looks like for regular users and how it repeats and stuff but there isn’t a way to show videos or screen share stuff like on an app called discord

The reason I posted that video was twofold : to show you once more that this is a major issue for many people, and (most of all) to make you laugh.

I'm glad it worked .....

After that first email I received from Roblox (and my reply to that email), I received another (similar) email two days later. Again I (politely) asked them to please read my email .....

A couple of hours ago I received a third email from them, proving that again they had not actually read my previous emails - infuriating !

They want "Roblox users to contact their support" .....

Once again I pointed out that again they had not read my other emails and told them that I give up.

I am so sorry - I tried, but just can't get through to these people.

It's alright, I kind of thought Roblox wouldn't really answer users questions, they never really do.. But I really do appreciate all the help you've done though! Not everybody would go this far into it ya know? And don't be sorry, it's okay :)

You know, in a way I've been thinking that this might be a good thing (you not being able to use the site) - maybe it will help you to move on (not forget).
