Why will PBS video not stream on Firefox?
The video downloads but will only play for a minute then stops. I used to have no problem. I tried downloading the Windows media pack but no change. I have Windows 7 and Firefox is up to date.

HI, you say you downloaded it. Have you checked that you got the whole video and it was not corrupted ? ? Right Click the file --> Properties for file size, time/length. Please check player such as VLC as it will play anything. https://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html ??
I am trying to stream Endeavour, Season 5, Episode 1 from PBS on my Windows 7 laptop. It freezes up after 13 seconds.When I right-click on it, it just says powered by JW player 7.12.13. No properties. It does the same on my wife's Windows laptop but plays OK on her iPad. I downloaded VideoLAN on my laptop and selected it as default for videos but it doesn't seem to be activated for streaming. Not sure what else to do.
