If,   before creating a new account,   you've backed up your data,   they will automatically be transferred to your new Sync account.

Yes! You can change the email address of your Firefox account.

Read below steps or go to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts

1. Go to the following URL. https://accounts.firefox.com/settings?canChangeEmail=true

2. Add Secondary Email if you have not yet added any. (complete the verification also)

3. Refresh the page and you can see "Make Primary" option against your secondary email address. You can click on it to change the email address of firefox account.
