For the last 2 weeks 45.0.1. would crash on startup. Rebooted cpu. Tried to uninstall/reinstall. Update 45.0.2 is still crashing. Crash ID: bp-48e7f4a0-8696-47f6-baa7-3b65c2160415

This is possibly a problem with the FLVSrvLib.dll file that is part of software developed by Applian Technologies.
