how do I transfer thunderbird and all its emails etc. from hard drive of a an old pc to thunderbird on windows 10s

My old PC died, the PC's hard drive was not effected and I now have it in a caddy. How can I transfer all the accounts I have on the old hard drive on to my new PC running Windows 10. I'm a complete novice when it comes to tech stuff. Thnks
