hi, yes firefox isn't developed for windows phone devices: Will Firefox work on my mobile device? also we cannot give you support of getting android apps to run on windows phone, because it would be far beyond the scope of this mozilla forum. thank you for your understanding!

The mobile Firefox for Android is for well Android 2.3+ with a ARMv7 or Intel cpu's.
